I have had a Tripit account for a long time but have never used it. I just forwarded a hotel itinerary to it and it visible in my account within 60 seconds. Quite impressive!
Although I tend to use Orbitz for booking and research I am about to bail on it as they are less than helpful when things do not go right. The airlines and hotels are sometimes equally unhelpful when a reservation is booked through Orbitz. Perhaps it is time to give the Kayak a try!
