STM Grip For MacBook Air Review

I tend towards minimalism when I travel. I try to carry everything on a plane when fly, so a couple of ounces here and there really add up when you are carrying everything on your shoulder or back. Because of this I will often choose to take just a smartphone or a tablet on a …

BlueFlame Just the Plug 2 Review

I have this thing about traveling light. I try to take what I really need rather than a stack of stuff that I might need. The logical extension of this is being able to travel to Miami for a week with only a ziplock baggie for luggage. I will get there someday. Oh yes, I …

Nomad ChargeKey Review

Ah, the life of a digital nomad. Making your way from coffee shop to bistro, setting up your office wherever you go. The only limitation…the endurance of your smart phone. No battery, no work. No work, no pay, No pay…no more coffee. Digital nomads need caffeine. You see what a horrible spiral that is. Of …

WaterField Finn Wallet Review

About 2 years ago I reviewed Waterfield’s iPhone wallet. I loved the functionality and the look of it…but my phone outgrew it or I would probably still be using it today. I actually got a bit misty when I unloaded it and put it in my drawer filled with the things that I can’t quite …

Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover for iPad mini Review

Unfortunately, there are too many compromises with this keyboard. There is no way to attach the keyboard to the back of the iPad. The lack of a way to hold the cover closed, the general plastic construction and the tab key being on the second layer of the keyboard mean that there are better choices out there.

Crumpler Flock of Horrors Review

Crumpler has a really weird sense of humor when it comes to naming their products. The Pleasure Dome, the Sinking Barge Deluxe and the Vegetable from Inside of the Mountain are just a few of the examples. So, comparatively Flock of Horrors isn’t that wacky! The Flock of Horrors is a small format laptop/iPad bag …

Rickshaw Bagworks Velo Backpack Review

Albert Einstein said, “Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.” It is a philosophy that has much to do with being featured enough or complicated enough but not stepping one iota past that. It is a challenging piece of discipline that too many companies (who confuse features and benefits) mangle beyond belief when …
